Sprint distance
Swim (750m) → Bike (20km) → Run (5km)
Swim – A 750m open water swim in the clear waters of the rowing lake, please see the course diagram opposite.
Bike – Four laps of a flat tarmac circuit around the lake. You must count your own laps!
Run – Two laps along the side of the rowing lake on tarmac paths. You must count your own laps!
Competitors may only race once, either as an individual entrant or as part of one relay team. A relay team must have three team members and can be all male, all female or mixed.
Race Times
Competitors will be divided into waves, depending on gender and age in the Individual category and team gender in the Relay category. The waves will set off approximately every 25-30 minutes. Wave times will be released to competitors at least three weeks before the event.
Please remember that your wave time is based on your age on 31 December 2012 if you are racing in the Individual category.
The time you register will depend on the time of your wave - you must arrive at least one hour before your wave time and please bring ID. Only one relay team member needs to register.

As always, we rely on your donations to raise as much as possible for charity.
Please be aware that all applications must be submitted and paid for via our website as we are unable to process any invoices or receive cheques for entries this year. Our online entry system now allows multiple applications to be made in one transaction which should hopefully help those of you entering information on behalf of other individuals and teams.
As your entry payment goes directly to our charity, we cannot provide refunds for any reason following the acceptance of your application. Jones Lang LaSalle retains the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason.

Trophies will be awarded to the winners in the following categories:
Individual – Male and Female
Relay – Male, Female and Mixed
All finishers will receive a medal.
Organisers
The race will be co-ordinated by Human Race, the leading triathlon organiser in the country. Managing Director, John Lunt, has been appointed Competition Manager for the 2012 Olympic Games so we are in good hands!
