Dorney Lake is ideally located within easy reach of London, Heathrow Airport, the M4 corridor and the M25, M40 and M3 motorways. It is also well-served by the rail network.
By Road
- Exit the M4 motorway at Junction 7
- Turn left onto the A4 towards Maidenhead Pass through one set of traffic lights and after 500m turn left at roundabout onto B3026, signposted for Dorney and Eton
- Pass back over the M4 entering village of Dorney
- On sharp left-hand bend, turn right signposted Dorney Reach
- After 400m enter Dorney Lake site through large double white gates
Parking
Car parking is available to the side of the main access road, an 800m walk from the transition area. There will be parking attendants to direct you. Arrival and departure is allowed at any time between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
The disabled drop-off point / parking is situated behind the Clubhouse. Please be aware that the road leading to the Clubhouse becomes part of the race course, so will be closed from 8:45am until the end of the race.
By Train
Main stations for Dorney Lake are Slough (Paddington line) and Windsor & Eton Riverside (from Waterloo) but is also near Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead and Windsor & Eton Central (branch of Paddington line).
All these stations are within a quarter-hour drive of Dorney Lake.
