•   All applications must be submitted and paid for via our online application system. We are unable to process any invoices or receive cheques
•   You may only participate in one event category – either as an individual OR as part of one relay team
•   No changes to applications should be made after 11 May 2012, including substitutions and wave changes. Any changes after this date will incurr a £10 charge per entrant
•   As your entry payment goes directly to our charity, we cannot provide refunds for any reason following the acceptance of your application
•   Should you decide to race in a wave outside your category, you will not be eligible to win any category
•   Jones Lang LaSalle retains the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason.
